Annotation Some aspects of the base relief reforming are considered by the interaction between the open water and deformable channel. Physical representation and analytic dependences that are characterizes the interaction of stream and channel in the initial phase of the base relief formation are refined to predict the effectiveness of engineer activity for management of water flow, channel reforming and its cleaning of fouled bottom sediments
